Do not rent here, unless cheap is what you are looking for. I went with out heat for over 30 days and then had to get a lawer had a new heater the next day. moold keeps comming bace the owner says for me to clean it. when it rains the basements fill up with water then the smeel is really bad outside. so if that is what you are looking for rent here
