The finest medical care we've ever recieved. Everyone we encountered was knowledgeable & compassionate. They made a very difficult time so much easier & we are forever grateful.
The vet who saw my dog acted as though she were a high school intern - on a Sunday, I brought in my limp dog who could only roll her eyes but not focus. The vet looked at her and said to wait until Monday and see if she improved. No diagnosis. I insisted on blood work (she did reluctantly) which showed what the problem was. Fortunately, she had to go on break and the vet who came in to relieve her guessed at the problem immediately - before the blood work was complete. Problem with him - he suggested we put the dog down right then and there. I took the dog home, and with the help of my regular vet, nursed her back and she lived a very healthy two more years! All of the customers seemed to be a bother to the staff. I hate that Asheville has no other choice on weekends for emergencies.
