Everyone is warm and friendly. You can tell they all enjoy what they do. Hospital is clean, and this is the only place I would take my dog for veterinary care.

Although all of the doctors I have met at Charlotte Street Animal Hospital are amazing I saw one today that I absolutely fell in love with. My Avett who is a 4 and 1/2 year old boxer/shepherd mix has always been very funny about going to the Vets office. He is a finicky little guy and always knows that something is up once people start coming into the room. When Dr. Amber came in she could see that Avett was stressed and instead of trying to rush through the appointment she said "I will just sit here and talk to you for a while to make him feel more at ease". Once the exam started she just played with him like he was one of her own, getting on the floor, rubbing his belly, all the while doing the exam so he didn't know anything was going on. She could tell that Avett was still quite stressed and asked me if he had "white coat syndrome", I had never heard this before and she explained that some dogs get stressed out by the white vet coat because the only time they see it is when something is going to happen to them. That made perfect sense because Avett associates everything with something, he is a thinker. She took the Vet coat off and just acted like someone that wanted to play with him and he did a lot better. Thank you Dr. Amber for making our visit so much better than it could have been!

I have been a client of CSAH for 3+ years and they are wonderful. I had to use them recently since my dog was hit by a car. The staff on the phone and in person were absolutely amazing! They were quick to get her seen and treated by the doctor the moment we pulled in the parking lot. Luckily she was only banged up a little bit but the care and compassion I received at this hospital was phenomenal. I don't know what I would have done if they hadn't been there through that stressful time. I recommended this hospital to everyone!

Your DOG DIES during Surgery, VETERNAIAN GULITY OF NEGILGENCE !

Your DOG IS MAIMED during Surgery, owner spends $7,000 to SAVE Dogs Life with another Vet. ! Would you GO to this Veterinarian ? I HOPE NOT !

State Medical Board sent a letter out telling him he was Bad ? THAT”S THE STORY !

DETAILS As short as I can make it. Mine is the second dog, we’ll call her Boo Boo. She was in a accident and dislocated her two rear legs. I took her to a Local Veterinarian. He temporarily reset the hips
And tape them. He must not have known how to handle this type injury. The next day I noticed the tape he used , was cutting into her skin. The BANDAGE WAS SO TIGHT it was like putting a TOURNIQUE ON and not releasing it in the 20 minutes. After 6 hours of no Blood Circulation the Damage to her legs was irreversible. When I took her back to have a Hip Operation, to make it permanent, He said nothing to me BUT he knew what he done. He didn’t know what to do or say.

Deep Tissue Damage is when the skin, tissue ,nerves, tendons don’t have a blood supply. The tissue dies, this is call “Sloughing”. It goes though 4 Stages. Each stage takes about 2 days.
Stage 1. You can barely see any damage, because the damage is deep down.
Stage 2. You may see redness or a slight depression. The damage works towards the surface.
Stage 3. The wound may break the surface or become an open sore.
Stage 4. The sore opens up and becomes a open gaping wound to the bone! (Sloughing means the
Dead Skin & Tissue falls away from the healthy tissue, creating a horrible wound !

The Doctor ignored the wounds that his Bandages caused and does nothing to these wounds. He does
The hip operation for $2,000 and releases the dog without mentioning the leg wounds ! The Vet tells the story that the Dog ate her legs to the bone and caused 8 other serious cuts. This was the ONLY STORY he could think of. I took Boo Boo immediately to a NEW Animal Hospital. They had to do EMERGENCY SURGERY and took 22 Photos of her legs. The dog nearly Died but 3 weeks of intensive care and my Life Savings, we could only save 1 of her damaged legs and one was amputated.

In the past eight months I have shown the Photos to Veterinarians who are “ Soft Tissue Wound Care Specialists”) and all agree it was from The BANDAGES. The NCVMD Medical Board has
done almost nothing in the 8 months. Since they did nothing when he KILLED a Dog what will they do to a amputation and false statements and lying to me and the State Medical Board!

You can “ GOOGLE “ Boo Boo is a real Champ - NedFigplucker and get ALL the DETAILS and PHOTOS. Thanks , Ned

Two negative comments from the same person, and that person sounds like a raving lunatic. He's been posting everywhere he can, and his rants don't make sense. Ned, I'm sorry you went through such a nightmare with your beloved pet. You're hurt and angry, and I get that. But I see nothing to back up your accusations. Charlotte Street has an excellent reputation and I am taking my kitten there for her first visit without hesitation.
