I have a degree in Restaurant, Hotel Management from Purdue University and a Culinary degree from Western Culinary. My experience ranges from fine dining to pub fair. I am well versed in the front of house. Computer knowledgeable, people friendly with a great sense of humor. I am a good mentor/ trainer and have a passion for the restaurant business.
