JOB DESCRIPTION
Eaton, located in Asheville, NC, currently has an immediate opening for Team Specialist. Position Responsibilities include: Support continuous improvement efforts though proactive training and facilitating implementation of consistent order management procedures throughout the EatonCare Project Coordinator organization.
Organize On the Job Training of Project Coordinators. Synchronize efforts with site Training Coordinator to ensure effective and thorough training of order management functions (order entry, expediting, processing, maintenance, and status reporting).
o Coordinate customer service efforts to insure timely resolution of order entry issues through proactive monitoring of Vista suffixes (BK, CDJ).
o Utilize Avaya CMS system to monitor phone availability. Track daily, weekly and monthly performance related to key phone metrics.
o Utilize reporting tools (Vista, Mentor, Order Manager) and other available resources to identify and resolve order issues.
o Communicate product line and/or warehouse changes which impact order management processes. Facilitate the documentation and communication of revised procedures.
o Serve as liaison between standard product plants/warehouses and EatonCare.
o Interface as required with EatonCare suppliers (L&T, Kinko''s) to support commercial issues.
o Serve as liaison to Credit Dept personnel on process changes, training or other communications related to order management.
o Maintain documentation as required on progress related to key initiatives and identification of opportunities for improvement.
o Identify and facilitate implementation of an effective and systematic expediting process.
o Facilitate data collection required for capacity analysis.
o Serve as beta-tester and trainer for commercial applications/tools (e.g. Order Manager).

QUALIFICATIONS
o BS/BA degree plus 3-5 years customer service experience in a commercial and/or technical support role. Preferred expertise in EatonCare order management processes and procedures.
o Demonstrated proficiency in key commercial tools and applications (Vista, Order Manager, Microsoft office, JOE).
o Demonstrated proficiency in creative problem solving, conflict resolution and managing priorities.
o Excellent communication skills.
