Delaney Educational Enterprises is in need of an Educational Sales Representative in the Asheville area. We are a San Diego based book distributor, providing books to schools and public libraries for grades k-12.



A sales, teaching, or library background is helpful, but not required. This can be a full/semi-career position where you develop your local school territory and is an ideal position for someone looking for a flexible schedule.



Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- building orders online, so you must be computer literate and have a home office.

- planning and developing sales strategies and presentations,

- coordinating and conducting all sales activities to schools, libraries and other potential clients,

- developing relationships with key administrators, librarians, teachers, and other client personnel.



We offer paid training and sales support through regional and national meetings. Some travel required for attending sales meetings, 1-2 times per year.



Compensation: Commission with Bonus Structure. Draws where required available for qualified candidates.
