Bachelor’s degree in health care administration, business, education or related field; or equivalency of bachelor’s degree with a minimum of ten years related experience.





EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: Three years experience in quality program/initiative assessment, development, management, and evaluation, in a health care environment.





The Director of Quality Management is responsible for the management and oversight of the staff and functions within the following areas: Clinical Outcomes and Quality Management. The scope of services provided by the QM Department includes: Medical Staff and Organizational Performance Improvement, Infection Control and Outcomes Analysis.
